CSA Home Delivery for Morning Fresh Dairy Customers

Grant Family Farms and Morning Fresh Dairy Farm are teaming up to deliver locally grown organic produce to your home!

Morning Fresh Dairy Farm customers can now get organic fruits, veggies, breads and pastured eggs by farm-to-door delivery, adding value and convenience while reducing food miles.

What is Community Supported Agriculture?

Community Supported Agriculture is a group of cooperative producers that bring community members and farmers together to support local agricultural land. CSA's create a responsible relationship between people and the food they eat, the land on which it is grown and the farmers who grow it.

What are Food Miles?

The term used to describe the distance that food travels from the farm where it is produced to the kitchen in which it is consumed. On average, food purchased at most grocery stores travels 1,500 to 2,500 miles by the time it is picked up by the consumer. Food miles will be greatly reduced with delivery from Morning Fresh Dairy Farm to your door.

What are Shares?

A share is a financial investment in your local farm. Purchasing a Grant Family Farms share through Morning Fresh Dairy ensures weekly home delivery of organic, local, fresh produce for the 26-week harvest cycle from mid-June thru December. Winter shares become available mid to late December.

Our Single Share contains a variety of seasonal produce in a quantity that is ideal for a houshold of one to two. The variety and quantity will be less than the Couple Share and averages 8-10 different types of vegetables.

Our Couple Share offers a variety of seasonal produce in a quantity that is ideal for couples or those with a life on the go, for our full 26-week season (2-3 people). The Couple Share contains less quantity and variety than the Family Share and averages 10-15 different types of vegetables.
