Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
- 3 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 Tablespoon White Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 1/2 Cups Morning Fresh Dairy Apple Pie Milk
- 3 Tablespoons Country Cream Butter, Melted
- 1 Large Morning Fresh Egg
Directions:
Step One: Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl, including flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Step Two: Using the back of a spoon, make a well in the center of the dry ingredients. Pour the wet ingredients into the well, including milk, melted butter, and egg.
Step Three: Mix your batter until smooth. Add more Apple Pie Milk until the desired consistency is reached. Batter should be smooth enough to easily scoop, but not too runny.
Step Four: Heat a pan over medium-high heat and oil with extra Country Cream Butter. Once the butter is melted, scoop approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
Step Five: Cook the pancakes until bubbles form and the edges are dry. Flip and continue cooking until browned.
Step Six: Repeat with the remaining batter until all pancakes are cooked!
Baked Apples
Ingredients:
- 5-6 Large Granny Smith Green Apples
- 2 Tablespoons Country Cream Butter, Melted
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
Directions:
Step One: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Step Two: Wash and peel the apples. Once peeled, cut the apples into bite-sized slices.
Step Three: Add the cut apples to a glass baking tray, sized 8″x8″ or larger. Pour melted butter and brown sugar over the apples and stir until well mixed.
Step Four: Bake the apples for 45 minutes, or until soft and browned. For more even baking, stir the apples halfway through the baking time. Once done, the apples should be easy to cut with a butter knife.
Step Five: Let cool. Plate your apples for immediate serving as a pancake topping, or store in the fridge to be reheated.

- 1 Cup (1/2 Pint) Morning Fresh Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream
- 2 Tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Directions:

Step Two: Using a stand mixer or handheld mixer, whip the ingredients on medium-high speed until peaks begin to form. This can take up to 10 minutes.
Step Three: Serve immediately as a pancake topping, or store in a tightly covered container in the fridge.
