King Frog’s Crafted Mushroom Jerky is made locally with house-raised Oyster Mushrooms and a fine blend of flavoring and spices. When the chefs started their journey to create a vegan* jerky, they were dedicated to crafting a recipe that closely replicated the feel, look, and texture of standard jerkies. Oyster Mushrooms were the perfect fit as they are more fibrous than other mushrooms, and they provide an added health boost with vitamins and minerals.
