Based in Denver, Marczyk Fine Food started as a market for customers to be able to get all their basic, quality ingredients in one place. Founder Pete Marczyk was passionate about cooking with great ingredients, but found it frustrating to have to travel all over Denver to find them. Their market, with a focus on sustainable, local, and fresh products, was a major success, and soon the team expanded into making their own baked goods. Now, along with maintaining the market, the Marczyk’s team makes bread by hand, with the same quality ingredients they sell in their store.
