Based in Loveland, The Colorado Honey Company is a family business with a long tradition of beekeeping. Since 1908, the Johnston family has been dedicated to the craft of beekeeping, and throughout the years, their family has produced millions of pounds of local honey. They are the oldest honey company in Colorado, spanning five generations and counting! In 2001, the Colorado Honey Company was established as a distributor for the family’s honey.

On Home Delivery, order a 1 lb container of Clover or Alfalfa Honey. All of their honey is natural, raw, and unfiltered to maintain the enzymes, pollens, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. Their honey has a very thick consistency, as nothing has been added or overheated to prolong the natural crystallization process. The clover honey is gathered from the blossoms of yellow sweet clover in the Rocky Mountains. The alfalfa honey is sourced from the nectar of Rocky Mountain wildflowers and alfalfa.
