Creamy Vinaigrette Dressing

Whip up this easy dressing with Dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, and of course, heavy cream. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, dipping, and more!

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper 
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream from Morning Fresh Dairy
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chives or other herbs

Directions

Step 1
Whisk up the Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Add the heavy cream slowly until all ingredients are well-combined.
Step 3
Drizzle olive oil into the mixture and add in any herbs of your choosing. Give it a good stir until incorporated.
Step 4
Serve immediately, or store in the fridge in a mason jar or airtight container for up to 10 days.
