I d’Eclair’s jam tarts are their own version of the supermarkt treat – but instead, using all natural ingredients you’d find in your own pantry! Theirs start with a tender, slightly sweet and buttery dough filled with our own seasonally rotating flavors of fruit preserves. They roll them out by hand and decorate each one with icings made with powdered sugar, jam, and fruit juice. The gorgeous colors are all natural – they don’t use any artificial colors or preservatives! The tarts are baked to golden perfection and then iced by hand, so each one is unique. I d’Eclair wants you to feel good about what you’re eating, and we want to play a role in the success of our local food economy. Since 2012, they have been featuring ingredients from Colorado farms and other producers along the Front Range and Western Slope.

Strawberry Jam: AP Flour, Butter, Sugar, Strawberries, Cream (milk, carrageenan), Powdered Sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch), Eggs – Yolks, Salt, Vanilla Extract, Pectin.

Apple Jam: AP Flour, Butter, Sugar, Apples, Cream (milk, carrageenan), Powdered Sugar (cane sugar, cornstarch), Eggs – Yolks, Salt, Pectin.
