Deviled Eggs with Green Tahini

These delicious, protein-packed snacks are easy to make and full of savory flavor! A unique spin on a classic dish, we’ve incorporated Green Tahini for added flavor and texture.

What is tahini? Tahini is roasted sesame seeds that have been ground into a nutritious paste. Green Tahini adds delicious ingredients to their dips, like garlic, cilantro and beets to create colorful spreads with multiple ways to enjoy.

This recipe makes 16 delicious deviled eggs. With 4g of protein per serving, they’re sure to keep you satisfied with nutrients and flavor!

Ingredients

  • 8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1/4 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Green Tahini, garlic or beet flavor
  • 2 tsp dill pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp yellow or Dijon mustard, to taste
  • Pinch of salt, to taste
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 baby dill pickles, very finely diced
  • 1/8 tsp paprika for garnish
  • 4 strips of bacon, chopped and browned for topping

Directions

Step 1
Remove the egg yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a mixing bowl. Place the halved egg whites on a serving platter.
Step 2
Mash egg yolks to crumbles. Add in the mayonnaise, Green Tahini, pickle juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until creamy and desired taste is achieved.
Step 3
Mix in the finely diced pickles and add seasonings to taste if needed.
Step 4
Spoon a generous teaspoon of the egg mixture into each egg half. Garnish the top with paprika and the browned bacon.
