Springtime Smoothies

These recipes are not only simple and nutritious, but turn into pretty pastel-colored smoothies perfect for the Easter table. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

If you have kiddos, top each smoothie with whipped cream and a Peep!

Strawberry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 5 large strawberries, frozen or fresh
  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla noosa yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup Morning Fresh Dairy milk
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Blueberry Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup Pacific coconut milk (may need to add more)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla noosa yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

Honey Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup Pacific almond milk
  • 1/2 cup honey noosa yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cups ice
